I am excited to announce that I have launched a new blog. For those who know me are fully aware of my other passion – fitness & vegetarianism. This new blog, VegBodybuilding.com, will allow me to track my progress and connect with others alike. In addition, the competition in this niche market has nothing on my talents (#DontBurstMyBubble).
For almost 10 years, I have been a vegetarian. The further that I go into the body building lifestyle, the more I lean towards vegan meals. I was researching nutritional plans for this diet that would coincide with weight training. However, everyone wants insane amounts of money that I just do not have.
I decided to launch this blog to show other veggies that this lifestyle does not have to be expensive and building muscle without meat products is possible. On the site, I feature the products that I find, which are relatively inexpensive. I am linking to Amazon, where I buy most of it myself, with affiliate links. I still have to make money, you know?!
The idea of this blog is to be a free resource. It makes suggestions of protein and other supplements that help someone who does not eat meat with successful weight training. When researching the competition, websites like veganbodybuilding.com, it just seems to be a funnel selling Vega products. There is nothing wrong with that, but I am not getting the resourceful information that I wanted.
In addition, their website is so outdated. However, I am all for that lifestyle, so I am not knocking them in any way. I just do not care much to buy their book, Vega products or donate money so they can enter competitions. I just want to be educated.
The goal with this blog is to diversify my portfolio. I want to be able to have a successful track record in numerous topics when it comes digital marketing. Each placement on VegBodybuilding.com has a specific reasoning behind it. It will not only be a great resource, but a successful digital marketing project.
I will not start my link campaign for another month (probably longer). This all depends on how much content that I can get on the site. I already have a few friends that are subscribed, so the traffic is slowly trickling in. It has been less than a week since I started the blog, so linking will come in due time.
As soon as the header and logo is complete, I will add it to the portfolio section with details on my project’s efforts.
